William R. Bruce

 

Bill is a CRA Loan Officer at Enterprise Bank & Trust. Bill specializes in providing home buyer consultation, walking borrowers through the approval process and delivering a complete understanding of what to expect on their path to homeownership. He supplies his clients with complete borrower counseling services including lending and credit education, flexible payment options and more.

With more than 40 years of experience in the mortgage banking field, he started his career as a loan officer and advanced through the roles of Branch Manager, Director of Mortgage Lending and Senior Vice President of Branch Operations.

Bill is an active member and past president of the St. Louis Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), also serving on the MBA's Missouri Board of Governors. He has participated with and been an affiliate of the Home Builders Association, the St. Louis Realtors and an advisory board associate of the Federal National Mortgage Association.
